As part of a pilot project aimed at providing young professionals with tools to promote their wellbeing, Groupe Mutuel has set up an innovative sophrology program focused on stress management and concentration improvement.
The goal: to provide apprentices and interns with simple, practical tools to better manage stress and improve concentration ahead of final exams. Through practical exercises and guided reflection and discussion, participants were able to experience a new way of strengthening their personal resources to succeed in their daily professional lives.
« The well-being pilot project for Groupe Mutuel apprentices and trainees was a good experience. The sessions were varied and helped us to better understand how we deal with stress and to learn how to manage certain reactions, such as stress, tiredness, etc. We were also able to learn how to manage our breathing and have exercises to do every day if we needed to feel better. It was very instructive.»
Daniela Soares Martins, apprentice
This program was the subject of an article published by Groupe Mutuel, which discusses in detail the benefits of sophrology in the workplace and how it can become a real lever for performance and wellbeing.
